Therefore, since these are undeniable facts, y’all should calm down and not do anything rash.


Then he said in his defense, “I have not sinned against the Jewish law, against the temple, or against Caesar.”


You who say a person shouldn’t commit adultery, do you commit adultery? You who abhor idols, do you rob temples?


Y’all must not become a stumbling block, whether to Jews, to Greeks, or to the church of God;


We don’t give anyone anything that would cause stumbling, so that the deacon-work will not be discredited.
