YHWH said, “See! They are one people, and they all have one language, and this is what they begin to do. Now nothing will be withheld from them, which they intend to do.


They said, “Stand back!” Then they said, “This one fellow came in to live as a foreigner, and now dares to judge-judge. Now we will deal worse with you than with them!” They pressed hard on the man Lot, and came near to break the door.


for this people’s heart has grown callous, their ears are dull of hearing, and they have closed their eyes, Otherwise they might perceive with their eyes, hear with their ears, understand with their heart, and would turn again, and I would heal them.’


Then Jesus, perceiving that they were about to come and take him by force to make him king, withdrew again to the mountain by himself.


Yet ʜᴇ didn’t leave ʜɪᴍꜱᴇʟꜰ without a witness, since he did what is good by giving y’all rain from heaven and fruitful seasons, satisfying y’all with food and y’all’s hearts with joy.”


But some Jews from Antioch and Iconium came and when they had won over the crowd, they stoned Paul and dragged him out of the city, thinking he was dead.
