Hezekiah answered, “It is a light thing for the shadow to go forward ten steps. No, but let the shadow return backward ten steps.”


In those days Hezekiah was terminally ill, and he prayed to YHWH, who spoke to him and gave him a sign.


However, concerning the ambassadors of the princes of Babylon, who sent to him to inquire of the wonder that was done in the land, God left him to test him, that he might know all that was in his heart.


YHWH said to Moses, “Why do you cry to me? Speak to the children of Israel, that they go forward.


Look, I will make the shadow cast by the sun that has gone down on the stairway of Ahaz return backward ten steps.”’” So the sun returned ten steps on the stairway on which it had gone down.


Peter sent them all out. Then he knelt down and prayed, and turning to the body, he said, “Tabitha, get up!” She opened her eyes, and when she saw Peter, she sat up.
