For the son of man shall come in the glory of his father, with his angels, and then shall he reward every man according to his deeds.


¶ And in those days Peter stood up in the midst of the disciples and said (The number of names were about an hundred and twenty)


where we found brethren, and were desired to tarry with them seven days, and so came we to Rome.


wherefore brethren look ye out among you seven men of honest report, and full of the holy ghost and wisdom, which we may appoint to this needful business:


¶ For as often as ye shall eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye shall shew the Lord's death, till he come.


Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, which will lighten things that are hid in darkness: and open the counsels of the hearts. And then shall every man have praise of God.


¶ Be patient therefore brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold the husband man waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience there upon, until he receive the early and the latter rain.
