I was sick and ye visited me. I was in prison and ye came unto me.


I was naked, and ye clothed me not. I was sick and in prison, and ye visited me not.


Then the ruler when he saw what had happened, believed, and wondered at the doctrine of the Lord.


¶ And they after they were sent of the holy ghost, came unto Seleutia, and from thence they sailed to Cyprus.


But they shook off the dust off their feet against them, and came unto Iconium.


¶ It fortuned in Iconium that they went both together into the Sinagogue of the jewes, and so spake, that a great multitude both of the jewes and also of the greeks believed.


After they had preached to that city, and taught many, they returned again to Lystra, and to Iconium and Antioche,


they were ware of it, and fled unto Lystra and Derba, cities of Licaonia, and unto the region that lieth round about,


¶ When he was full forty year old, it came into his heart to visit his brethren, the children of Israhel.


For I long to see you, that I might bestow among you some spiritual gift, to strengthen you withall


¶ Beside the things which outwardly happen unto me, I am cumbered daily and do care for all congregations.


¶ Only let your conversation be, as it becometh the gospell of Christ: that whether I come and see you, or else be absent, I may yet hear of you, that ye continue in one spirit, and in one soul laboring as we do to maintain the faith of the gospell,


¶ Now lately when Timotheus came from you unto us and declared to us your faith, and your love, and how that ye have good remembrance of us always, desiring to see us, as we desire to see you.


desiring to see thee, mindful of thy tears: so that I am filled with joy,
