¶ They which were scattered abroad thorow the affliction that arose about Steven, walked thorow out till they came unto Phenice and Cypers and Antioche, preaching the word to no man, but unto the jews only.


Some of them were men of Cypers and of Syrene, which when they were come into Antioch, spake unto the greeks, and preached the Lord Iesus.


¶ In those days came prophets from Ierusalem unto Antioche.


¶ Then pleased it the apostles and seniors with the whole congregation to send chosen men of their own company to Antioche with Paul and Barnabas. They sent Iudas called also Barsabas and Silas which were chief men among the brethren


When they had read it, they rejoiced of that consolation.


As they went thorow the cities, they delivered them the decrees for to keep, ordained of the apostles and seniors which were at Ierusalem.


What is it therefore? The multitude must needs come together. For they shall hear that thou art come.


When they came to Cesarea, they delivered the pistel to the debite, and presented Paul before him.


Then the twelve called the multitude of the disciples together and said: it is not meet that we should leave the word of God and serve at the tables,
