But he answered her not a word. And his disciples came and besought him, saying, Send her away, for she crieth after us.


Then were brought to him little children, that he should lay his hands on them and pray: and the disciples rebuked them.


And behold two blind men sitting by the way-side, hearing that Jesus was passing by, cried out, saying, Have mercy on us, O Lord, thou son of David.


And Jesus standing still called them and said, What do ye desire that I should do to you?


And when Jesus passed thence, two blind men followed him, crying and saying, Thou son of David, have mercy on us.


And they that went before charged him to hold his peace; but he cried so much the more, Thou Son of David, have mercy on me.


Continue in prayer, and watch therein with thanksgiving:


Pray without ceasing: In every thing give thanks;
