And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that endureth to the end, shall be saved.


But he that received seed on the good ground, is he that heareth the word and considereth it: who also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth some an hundred fold, some sixty, some thirty.


And others fell on good ground, and brought forth fruit, some an hundred fold, some sixty, some thirty.


For whosoever will save his life, shall lose it, and whosoever will lose his life for my sake, shall find it.


And behold one came and said to him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life?


Then shall the king say to them on his right-hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you, from the foundation of the world.


And these shall go away into everlasting punishment; but the righteous into life everlasting.


Happy are ye when men shall revile and persecute you, and say all manner of evil against you falsely for my sake.


But seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.


If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple.


And when they had brought their boats to land, they forsook all and followed him.


Happy are ye when men shall hate you, and shall separate you from their company, and shall revile you, and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man's sake.


If ye were of the world, the world would love its own; but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.


And he that reapeth, receiveth wages, and gathereth fruit to life eternal, that both he that soweth and he that reapeth may rejoice together.


For I will shew him how great things he must suffer for my name's sake.


But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor hath ear heard, neither hath it entered into the heart of man, what things God hath prepared for them that love him.


So that we from this time know no one after the flesh; yea, if we have known even Christ after the flesh, yet now we know him so no more.


Yea doubtless, and I account all things to be loss, for the excellency of the knowledge of Jesus Christ my Lord; for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do account them but dung,


If ye are reproached for the name of Christ, happy are ye; for the spirit of glory and of God resteth upon you: on their part he is evil-spoken of, but on your part he is glorified.


For they went forth for his sake, taking nothing of the Gentiles.
