See that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say to you, that in heaven their angels continually behold the face of my Father who is in heaven.


Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, he is greatest in the kingdom of heaven.


But Jesus said, Suffer little children to come to me, and forbid them not; for of such is the kingdom of heaven.


Happy are they who are persecuted for righteousness sake; for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

For if the first-fruits be holy, so is the lump: and if the root be holy, so are the branches.


With regard to the gospel, they are enemies for your sake; but as for the election, they are beloved, for the sake of their fathers.


Brethren, be not children in understanding: in wickedness be ye as infants, but in understanding be ye grown men.


For the unbelieving husband hath been sanctified by the wife; and the unbelieving wife hath been sanctified by the husband. Else were your children unclean; but now they are holy.


Be ye angry, and sin not; let not the sun go down upon your wrath,


Remembering the unfeigned faith that is in thee, which dwelt first in thy grandmother Lois, and thy mother Eunice; I am persuaded in thee also.


And that from an infant thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation, thro' faith which is in Christ Jesus.


and all evil-speakings, As new born babes desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby:


And in their mouth there was found no guile: they are without fault.
