But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them that despitefully use you and persecute you:


Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they parted his raiment and cast lots.


But I say to you that hear, Love your enemies; do good to them that hate you,


But love ye your enemies, and do good and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be sons of the Highest; for he is kind to the unthankful and the evil.


And when there was an assault both of the Gentiles and Jews with their rulers, to use them despitefully, and to stone them, Being aware of it,

Out of the same mouth proceedeth blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not so to be.
