He is not the God of the dead, but the God of the living. Ye therefore greatly err.


And some of the scribes answering said, Master, Thou hast spoken excellently well.


Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more: but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also.


As the living Father hath sent me, and I live by the Father, so he that eateth me, even he shall live by me.


For though he was crucified through weakness, yet he liveth by the power of God: and we also are weak with him; but we shall live with him, by the power of God in you.


And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? Now ye are the temple of the living God, as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them, and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people.


But they now desire a better country, that is, an heavenly: therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God; for he hath prepared a city for them.


And he shewed me a river of the water of life clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.
