I tell you of a truth, Many widows were in Israel, in the days of Elijah, when the heaven was shut up three years and six months, while a great famine was thro' all the land.


And I tell you of a truth there are some standing here, who shall not taste of death, till they see the kingdom of God.


the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things, and will bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said to you.


Ye heard me say to you, I go, and come again to you. If ye loved me, ye would have rejoyced, because I said, I go to the Father; for my Father is greater than me.


I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to myself, that where I am, ye may be also.


But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth, who proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me.


And he coming will convince the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment:


This he spake of the Spirit, which they who believed on him were to receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified.


Then Peter opening his mouth, said, I perceive of a truth that God is not a respecter of persons:


Being therefore exalted by the right-hand of God, and having received from the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear.


And we know, that all things work together for good, to them that love God, to them that are called according to his purpose.


For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh out for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory:
