For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father, with his angels; and then shall he render to every man according to his work.


He said therefore, A certain nobleman went into a far country, to receive for himself a kingdom and to return.


And when he was returned, having received the kingdom, he commanded these servants to be called to him, to whom he had given the money, to know what each had gained by trading.


And he said to Jesus, Lord, remember me, when thou comest in thy kingdom.


And he commanded us, to proclaim to the people, and to testify, that it is he who is ordained by God the Judge of the living and the dead.


Because he hath appointed a day, in which he will judge the world righteously, by the man whom he hath ordained, whereof he hath given assurance to all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead.


In the day when God will judge the secrets of men by Christ Jesus, according to my gospel.


When Christ, our life shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.


And then will that wicked one be revealed, whom the Lord will consume with the Spirit of his mouth, and destroy with the brightness of his coming:


I charge thee before God and the Lord Jesus Christ and the elect angels, that thou observe these things without prejudging, doing nothing by partiality.


But is now made manifest, by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel.


Remind them of these things, charging them before the Lord, not to strive about words, to no profit, but to the subverting of the hearers.


And the Lord will deliver me from every evil work, and preserve me unto his heavenly kingdom; to whom be the glory for ever, and ever.


Henceforth there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord the righteous judge will render me in that day, and not to me only, but to all them likewise that have loved his appearing.


Looking for the blessed hope and the glorious appearing of the great God, even our Saviour Jesus Christ.


That the trial of your faith, which is much more precious than gold, (that perisheth, tho' it be tried with fire) may be found unto praise, and honour, and glory at the revelation of Jesus Christ,


speaking evil of you, Who shall give account to him that is ready judge the living and the dead.


And when the chief shepherd shall appear, ye shall receive the crown of glory that fadeth not away.


For so an entrance shall be ministered to you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.


For he received honour and glory from God the Father, when there came such a voice to him from the excellent glory , This is my beloved Son, in whom I delight.


And now, beloved children, abide in him, that when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming.


Behold he cometh with clouds, and every eye shall see him, and they who have pierced him: and all the tribes of the earth shall wail because of him.
