But he did evil because he had not set his heart to seek Adonai.


Though the high places were not removed from Israel, still Asa’s heart was completely committed to Adonai all his days.


Now he did what was right in the eyes of Adonai, but not wholeheartedly.


Then I would not be ashamed, when I consider all Your mitzvot.


May integrity and uprightness protect me—for I wait for You.


Blessed is the one whose guilt Adonai does not count, and in whose spirit there is no deceit.


Guard your heart diligently, for from it flow the springs of life.
