The Gibeonites said to him, “It is not a matter of silver or gold between us and Saul or his house; nor is it our right to put any man to death in Israel.” “Whatever you say, I will do for you,” he said.


“You are not to accept ransom for the life of a murderer. He deserves to die and he is to die.


You are not to pollute the land in which you are. Blood pollutes the land, and no atonement can be made for land polluted by bloodshed except by the blood of the one who sheds it.


There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved!”


I do not nullify the grace of God—for if righteousness comes through Torah, then Messiah died for no reason!


But the Scripture has locked up the whole world under sin, so that the promise based on trust in Messiah Yeshua might be given to those who trust.


And they are singing a new song, saying, “You are worthy to take the scroll and to open its seals. For You were slain, and by Your blood You redeemed for God those from every tribe and tongue and people and nation.
