And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For yoʋrs is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.


Jesus answered, “Yoʋ would have no authority over me if it had not been given to yoʋ from above. Therefore he who handed me over to yoʋ has greater sin.”


Then those who gladly received his word were baptized, and about three thousand souls were added on that day.


Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.


So then, whoever resists authority opposes what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves.
