Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will certainly not pass away.


Now what if some of them were unfaithful? Will their unfaithfulness nullify the faithfulness of God?


It is not as though the word of God has failed. For not all Israelites truly belong to Israel,


God is faithful, by whom you were called into the fellowship of his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.


He who calls you is faithful; he will surely do it.


But the Lord is faithful; he will establish you and guard you from the evil one.


in the hope of eternal life, which God, who does not lie, promised before time began;


so that by two unchangeable things, in which it is impossible for God to lie, we who have fled for refuge would have strong encouragement to take hold of the hope set before us.
