‘Now arise, Lord God, and come to your resting-place, you and the ark of your might. May your priests, Lord God, be clothed with salvation, may your faithful people rejoice in your goodness.


I put on righteousness as my clothing; justice was my robe and my turban.


Praise the Lord, my soul. Lord my God, you are very great; you are clothed with splendour and majesty.


I will clothe her priests with salvation, and her faithful people shall ever sing for joy.


Let his faithful people rejoice in this honour and sing for joy on their beds.


Clap your hands, all you nations; shout to God with cries of joy.


But may the righteous be glad and rejoice before God; may they be happy and joyful.


But may all who seek you rejoice and be glad in you; may those who long for your saving help always say, ‘The Lord is great!’


The Lord reigns, he is robed in majesty; the Lord is robed in majesty and armed with strength; indeed, the world is established, firm and secure.
