So he went to him and kissed him. When Isaac caught the smell of his clothes, he blessed him and said, ‘Ah, the smell of my son is like the smell of a field that the Lord has blessed.


May God give you heaven’s dew and earth’s richness – an abundance of grain and new wine.


But Esau said, ‘I already have plenty, my brother. Keep what you have for yourself.’


About Joseph he said: ‘May the Lord bless his land with the precious dew from heaven above and with the deep waters that lie below;


So Israel will live in safety; Jacob will dwell secure in a land of grain and new wine, where the heavens drop dew.


By faith Isaac blessed Jacob and Esau in regard to their future.


and to Isaac I gave Jacob and Esau. I assigned the hill country of Seir to Esau, but Jacob and his family went down to Egypt.
