and if they turn back to you with all their heart and soul in the land of their enemies who took them captive, and pray to you towards the land you gave their ancestors, towards the city you have chosen and the temple I have built for your Name;


like a lion in cover he lies in wait. He lies in wait to catch the helpless; he catches the helpless and drags them off in his net.


Seven times a day I praise you for your righteous laws.


Hear my cry for mercy as I call to you for help, as I lift up my hands towards your Most Holy Place.


You who have escaped the sword, leave and do not linger! Remember the Lord in a distant land, and call to mind Jerusalem.’
