His eyes shall see his ruin, and he shall drink of the wrath of the Almighty.


For I have eaten ashes like bread, and have mixed my drink with weeping,


And now my head shall be lifted up above my enemies, my encirclers; and I will offer sacrifices of joy in His tabernacle. I will sing; yea, I will sing praises to Jehovah.


But You, O Jehovah, are a shield for me; my glory, the One who lifts up my head.


So Jehovah of Hosts says this concerning the prophets: Behold, I will feed them wormwood, and make them drink poisonous water; for from the prophets of Jerusalem ungodliness has gone forth into all the land.


And it happened in the thirty-seventh year of the exile of Jehoiachin king of Judah, in the twelfth month, in the twenty-fifth of the month, Evil-merodach king of Babylon in the first year of his reign lifted up the head of Jehoiachin king of Judah, and brought him out from prison,


But Jesus answered and said, You do not know what you ask. Are you able to drink of the cup that I shall drink of, and to be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with? They said to Him, We are able.


He went away again the second time and prayed, saying, My Father, if this cup may not pass away from Me unless I drink it, Your will be done.


Was it not necessary for the Christ to suffer these things and to enter into His glory?


Then Jesus said to Peter, Put up your sword into the sheath. The cup which My Father has given Me, shall I not drink it?


searching for what, or what manner of time, the Spirit of Christ made clear within them, testifying beforehand of the sufferings of Christ, and the glories that should follow.


But God cut open a hollow place and water came out there. And he drank, and his spirit came again, and he revived. Therefore, its name is called Fountain of the Praying One, which is in Lehi to this day.
