And the man increased exceedingly, and had many flocks, and maidservants, and male servants, and camels, and asses.

Behold, a third time I am ready to come to you. And I will not burden you, for I do not seek your things, but you. For the children ought not to lay up treasure for the parents, but the parents for the children.


For the land into which you go to possess it, is not as the land of Egypt from which you came out, where you sowed your seed and watered it with your foot, like a garden of herbs.


But if anyone does not provide for his own, and especially his family, he has denied the faith and is worse than an infidel.
