And Jehovah came down to see the city and the tower which the sons of Adam had built.


My bones were not hidden from You when I was made in secret and skillfully formed in the lowest parts of the earth.


But those who seek my soul, to destroy it, shall go into the depths of the earth.


For You have made him lack a little from God, and have crowned him with glory and honor.


And Jehovah came down upon Mount Sinai, on the top of the mountain. And Jehovah called Moses to the top of the mountain, and Moses went up.


Who has gone up to Heaven and has come down? Who has gathered the wind in His fists? Who has bound the waters in His garments? Who has established all the ends of the earth? What is His name, and what is His Son's name? Surely you know.


Sing, O heavens; for Jehovah has done it. Shout, lower parts of the earth. Break out into singing, O mountains, O forest, and every tree in it. For Jehovah has redeemed Jacob, and glorified Himself in Israel.

For I came down from Heaven, not to do My own will but the will of Him who sent Me.


Then the Jews murmured about Him, because He said, I am the bread which came down from Heaven.


I am the Living Bread which came down from Heaven. If anyone eats of this Bread, he shall live forever. And truly the bread that I will give is My flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.


This is the Bread which came down from Heaven, not as your fathers ate the manna, and died; he who partakes of this Bread shall live forever.


Then what if you should see the Son of Man going up where He was before?


Jesus answered and said to them, Though I bear record concerning Myself, My witness is true. For I know from where I came, and where I go. But you do not know from where I came, and where I go.


You have made him a little lower than the angels. You crowned him with glory and honor and set him over the works of Your hands.


But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honor, that He by the grace of God should taste death for all.
