1 After this I looked. And behold, there was an open door in heaven. The first voice I heard was like a trumpet speaking with me, saying, “Come up here, and I will show you things which must take place after this.”

Now these are the names of the sons of Israel, which came into Egypt (each man and his household came with Jacob):


Then the Lord said to him, “Go, get down, and come up, you and Aaron with you, but do not let the priests and the people force their way through to come up to the Lord, lest He break through against them.”


The Lord said to Moses, “Come up to Me to the mountain and stay there, and I will give you the stone tablets with law and the commandments which I have written, so that you may teach them.”


for it is better to be told, “Come up here,” than to be put lower in the presence of the prince. Whom your eyes have seen


In the thirtieth year, in the fourth month, on the fifth day of the month, as I was among the captives by the river of Kebar, the heavens were opened and I saw visions of God.


And when Jesus was baptized, He came up immediately out of the water; and behold, the heavens were opened to Him, and He saw the Spirit of God descending on Him like a dove.

Then the temple of God was opened in heaven, and the ark of His covenant was seen in His temple. And there came lightning, noises, thundering, an earthquake, and great hail.


The seventh angel poured out his bowl into the air, and a loud voice came out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, “It is done!”


I saw heaven opened. And behold, there was a white horse. He who sat on it is called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and wages war.


The angel said to me, “These words are faithful and true. The Lord God of the holy prophets sent His angel to show to His servants the things which must soon take place.”
