Let them praise the name of the Lord, for His name alone is exalted; His glory is above the earth and heaven.


Tremble in awe, and do not sin. Meditate within your own heart on your bed, and be still.   Selah


at the voice of him who reproaches and reviles, at the presence of the enemy and avenger.


Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.


They have prepared a net for my steps; my soul is bowed down; they have dug a pit before me, but they have fallen into it themselves.   Selah


But against any of the Israelites a dog will not even move his tongue, against man or beast, in order that you may know how that the Lord distinguishes between Egypt and Israel.’

but those who wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles, they shall run and not be weary, and they shall walk and not faint.


One cried to another and said: “Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord of Hosts; the whole earth is full of His glory.”


the One who flashes destruction against the strong, so that destruction comes against the fortress.


But the Lord is in His holy temple. Let all the earth keep silence before Him.


At that time Jesus said, “I thank You, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because You have hidden these things from the wise and prudent and revealed them to infants.


and said to Him, “Do You hear what these are saying?” Jesus said to them, “Yes. Have you never read, ‘Out of the mouth of children and infants You have perfected praise’ ?”


In that hour Jesus rejoiced in the Spirit and said, “I thank You, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because You have hidden these things from the wise and intelligent and revealed them to infants. Yes, Father, for it was Your good pleasure.


But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise. God has chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty.


He will guard the feet of His saints, but the wicked will be silent in darkness. “For by strength shall no man prevail.
