The memory of him will perish from the earth, and he will have no name in the street.


yet he will perish forever like his own excrement; those who have seen him will say, ‘Where is he?’


My enemies reproach me all the day; those who deride me use my name for a curse.


Those who seek my life lay their snares; those who seek my harm speak of destruction, and plan treachery all day long.


For I acknowledge my transgressions, and my sin is ever before me.


Behold, You desire truth in the inward being, and in my secret heart You will teach me wisdom.


My enemies would trample on me all day long, for there are many who fight against me, O Most High.


I will cry out to God Most High, to God who performs all things for me.


that Your way may be known on earth, Your salvation among all nations.


Turn to me and have mercy on me; give Your strength to Your servant, and save the son of Your maidservant.


Be merciful to me, O Lord, for to You I cry all day long.


The memory of the righteous is blessed, but the name of the wicked will rot.
