Abel also brought the firstborn of his flock and of their fat portions. And the Lord had respect for Abel and for his offering,


and David built there an altar to the Lord and offered up burnt offerings and peace offerings. He called on the Lord, and the Lord answered him by fire from heaven on the altar of burnt offering.


And when Solomon finished praying, fire came down from the heavens and consumed the burnt offering and sacrifices, and the glory of the Lord filled the temple.


The Lord bless you from Zion, and may you see the prosperity of Jerusalem all the days of your life.


May the Lord who made heaven and earth bless you from Zion!


Then You will be pleased with the sacrifices of righteousness, with burnt offering and whole burnt offering; then bulls will be offered on Your altar.
