Prolong the life of the king, and may his years be like many generations!


He cast out the nations before them, and divided for them their tribal allotments, and made the tribes of Israel dwell in their tents.


But I said: How can I put you among My sons and give you a pleasant land, the most beautiful inheritance of the nations? And I said: You shall call Me, My Father, and shall not turn away from Me.


“Therefore thus says the Lord: ‘Your wife will be a prostitute in the city, your sons and daughters will fall by the sword, and your land will be divided by measuring line; you yourself will die in an unclean land; and Israel will surely go into exile away from its land.’ ”


Jesus said to her, “Stop holding on to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father. But go to My brothers and tell them, ‘I am ascending to My Father and your Father, to My God and your God.’ ”


and if children, then heirs: heirs of God and joint-heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified with Him.


that the eyes of your understanding may be enlightened, that you may know what is the hope of His calling and what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance among the saints,


If we endure, we shall also reign with Him. If we deny Him, He also will deny us.


Let us look to Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God.


“To him who overcomes will I grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.
