Then the Lord rained brimstone and fire on Sodom and Gomorrah. It was from the Lord out of heaven.


On the wicked He will rain coals of fire and brimstone; a burning wind will be the portion of their cup.


Sharp arrows of the warrior, with coals of the broom tree!


You will make them like a fiery furnace in the time of Your anger; the Lord will swallow them up in His wrath, and the fire will consume them.


But You, O God, will cast the wicked down to the pit of destruction; bloodthirsty and deceitful men shall not live out half their days. But I will trust in You.


All men will fear, and will declare the work of God; they will wisely consider His deeds.


I will thank the Lord according to His righteousness, and will sing praise to the name of the Lord Most High.


Whoever causes the righteous to go astray in an evil way, he himself will fall into his own pit, but the blameless will inherit good.
