When Sanballat the Horonite and Tobiah the Ammonite subordinate heard this, it deeply grieved them that there was a man coming to seek the welfare of the Israelites.


yet he will perish forever like his own excrement; those who have seen him will say, ‘Where is he?’


So are the paths of all who forget God; and the hypocrite’s hope will perish,


The wicked plots against the righteous, and gnashes his teeth at him.


Show me a sign of Your favor, that those who hate me may see it and be ashamed, because You, Lord, have helped me and comforted me.
