May it fall upon the head of Joab and upon all his father’s house. May the house of Joab never be without one who has a discharge, or who is a leper, or who leans on a staff, or who falls by the sword, or who lacks food.”


The leprosy of Naaman will cling to you and to your descendants forever.” So he went out from his presence, leprous like snow.


If his children are multiplied, it is for the sword, and his offspring will not be satisfied with bread.


May his children be far from safety, and may they be crushed in the gate without a deliverer;
