Then God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it He had rested from all His work which He had created and made.


The same day the king consecrated the middle of the court that was in front of the house of the Lord, for there he offered burnt offerings and meat offerings and the fat of the peace offerings, because the bronze altar that was before the Lord was too little to receive the burnt offerings and meat offerings and the fat of the peace offerings.


Sanctify unto Me all the firstborn, the firstborn of every womb among the Israelites, both of man and of beast. It is Mine.


Every day you must offer a bull as a sin offering for atonement, and you must cleanse the altar when you make atonement for it. You must anoint it to consecrate it.
