to offer burnt offerings to the Lord on the altar of burnt offering continually, morning and evening, according to all that was written in the Law of the Lord, which He commanded Israel.


according to the daily duty to offer up as the commandment of Moses for Sabbaths, New Moons, and the three annual festivals: the Feast of Unleavened Bread, the Feast of Weeks, and the Feast of Tabernacles.


Thereafter, observance of the burnt offering became a perpetual sacrifice with regard to the New Moon sacrifices and all of the appointed feasts of the Lord that had been consecrated, and all of the voluntary freewill offerings to the Lord.


“His armies shall rise up and desecrate the sanctuary fortress. They shall abolish the daily sacrifice and set up the abomination that makes desolate.


“From the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away and the abomination that makes desolate set up, there shall be one thousand two hundred and ninety days.


Indeed, he magnified himself even to the Prince of the host, and from Him the daily sacrifice was taken away, and the place of His sanctuary was cast down.


Then I heard one saint speaking, and another saint said to that certain saint which spoke, “How long shall be the vision concerning the daily sacrifice and the transgression of desolation, the giving of both the sanctuary and the host to be trodden underfoot?”


Then the sons of Aaron shall burn it on the altar on the burnt sacrifice that is on the wood that is on the fire, as a food offering made by fire, which is a pleasing aroma for the Lord.


Command Aaron and his sons, saying: This is the law for the burnt offering. The burnt offering shall be on the hearth upon the altar all night until the morning, and the fire of the altar shall be kept burning on it.


Come to Bethel and transgress, to Gilgal and multiply transgression; bring your sacrifices every morning and your tithes every three days.


this is the burnt offering of every Sabbath, in addition to the regular burnt offering and its drink offering.


Also one male goat as a sin offering to the Lord shall be offered, besides the regular burnt offering and its drink offering.


You will offer these in addition to the burnt offering in the morning, which is for a regular burnt offering.

Make sure they are without blemish. You will offer them with their drink offerings, besides the regular burnt offering and its grain offering.


The one lamb you will offer in the morning, and the other lamb you will offer at evening,

The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him and said, “Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!


Now when these things were thus ordained, the priests would regularly go into the first part, conducting the services of God.


All who dwell on the earth will worship him, all whose names have not been written in the Book of Life of the Lamb who was slain from the foundation of the world.
