You shall speak to him and put the words in his mouth, and I will be with your mouth, and with his mouth, and will teach you what you must do.


The plans of the heart belong to man, but the reply of the tongue is from the Lord.


The heart of man devises his way, but the Lord directs his steps.


I have put My words in your mouth, and I have covered you in the shadow of My hand that I may plant the heavens, and lay the foundations of the earth, and say to Zion, “You are My people.”


As for Me, this is My covenant with them, says the Lord: My Spirit who is upon you, and My words which I have put in your mouth shall not depart out of your mouth, nor out of the mouth of your descendants, nor out of the mouth of your descendants’ descendants, says the Lord, from this time forth and forever.


Then the Lord put forth His hand and touched my mouth. And the Lord said to me, “Behold, I have put My words in your mouth.


God came to Balaam at night and said to him, “If the men come to call you, rise up and go with them. But surely the word which I will say to you, that will you do.”


The angel of the Lord said to Balaam, “Go with the men. But only speak the word that I tell you to speak.” So Balaam went with the leaders of Balak.


The Lord met Balaam and put a word in his mouth and said, “Go again to Balak, and thus you will speak.”


God met Balaam, and he said to Him, “I have prepared seven altars, and I have offered on every altar a bull and a ram.”


And he returned to him, and behold, he was standing beside his burnt offering with all the princes of Moab.


For the Holy Spirit will teach you at that time what you should say.”


He did not say this on his own authority. But being the high priest that year, he prophesied that Jesus would die for the nation,


I will raise up a prophet from among their brothers, like you, and will put My words in his mouth, and he will speak to them all that I command him.
