In that day the Lord shall set His hand again the second time to recover the remnant of His people, who shall be left, from Assyria, from Egypt, from Pathros, from Cush, from Elam, from Shinar, from Hamath, and from the islands of the sea.


In that day the Lord shall thresh from the channel of the Euphrates River to the stream of Egypt, and you shall be gathered one by one, O sons of Israel.


The sword of the Lord is filled with blood, it is made full with fatness, and with the blood of lambs and goats, with the fat of the kidneys of rams. For the Lord has a sacrifice in Bozrah, and a great slaughter in the land of Edom.


Then the lambs shall feed in their pasture, and strangers shall eat in the waste places of the wealthy.


I will gather the remnant of My flock out of all countries wherever I have driven them and bring them again to their folds, and they shall be fruitful and increase.


In those days the house of Judah will walk with the house of Israel, and they will come together out of the land of the north to the land that I have given to your fathers for an inheritance.


For thus says the Lord God: Behold, I, even I, will search for My sheep and seek them out.


I will bring them out from the peoples, and gather them from the countries, and bring them to their own land, and feed them upon the mountains of Israel by the rivers and in all the inhabited places of the country.


therefore I will save My flock, and they shall no more be a prey. And I will judge between one sheep and another.


As for you, My flock, the flock of My pasture, you are men, and I am your God, says the Lord God.


Thus says the Lord God: This also I will let the house of Israel ask Me to do for them: I will increase their men like a flock.


Say to them, Thus says the Lord God: Behold, I will take the Israelites from among the nations where they have gone and will gather them on every side and bring them into their own land.


Then will the Judahites and the Israelites be gathered together, and appoint themselves one head, and they will come up out of the land, for great will be the day of Jezreel.


So I will send fire against Teman, and it will devour the fortresses of Bozrah.


He who breaks through has gone up before them; they will break through and pass the gate and go out by it. Then their king will pass on before them, the Lord at their head.


As for you, watchtower of the flock, citadel of the daughter of Zion, to you it will come, the former dominion will come, kingship for the daughter of Jerusalem.


Then the remnant of Jacob will be in the midst of many peoples, like dew from the Lord, like showers upon the grass, which do not wait for a man and do not linger for the sons of men.


The remnant of Jacob will be among the nations, in the midst of many peoples, like a lion among the beasts of the forest, like a young lion among flocks of sheep, which when it passes through, tramples and mauls, without rescuer.


Shepherd your people with your staff, the flock of your inheritance, which live alone in a forest, in the midst of a fertile land; let them graze in Bashan and Gilead, as in the days of old.


Who is a God like You, bearing iniquity and passing over transgression for the remnant of His inheritance? He does not remain angry forever, because He delights in benevolence.


At that time I will bring you in, at the time when I gather you; for I will make you renowned and praised among all peoples of the earth, when I restore your fortunes before your eyes, says the Lord.
