Then those who were in the boat came and worshipped Him, saying, “Truly You are the Son of God.”


so that the crowds wondered when they saw the mute speak, the maimed made whole, the lame walk, and the blind see. And they glorified the God of Israel.


When Jesus heard it, He was amazed and said to those who followed, “Truly I say to you, I have not found such great faith, no, not in Israel.


He replied, “Why are you fearful, O you of little faith?” Then He rose and rebuked the winds and the sea. And there was a great calm.


When He came to the other side into the country of the Gergesenes, there met Him two men possessed with demons, coming out of the tombs, extremely fierce, so that no one might pass by that way.


They were all amazed, so that they questioned among themselves, “What is this? What new teaching is this? With authority He commands even the unclean spirits, and they obey Him.”


Then He went up to them in the boat and the wind ceased. They were greatly astonished in themselves beyond measure, and wondered.


They were astonished beyond measure, saying, “He has done all things well. He makes both the deaf to hear and the mute to speak.”
