I have become a marvel to many, for You are my strong refuge.


Behold, I and the children whom the Lord has given me are for signs and for wonders in Israel from the Lord of Hosts who dwells in Mount Zion.


“Hear this, O Joshua the high priest, you and your friends sitting before you, for these men are a sign: Behold, I will bring My servant, the Branch.


But Jesus remained silent. The high priest said to Him, “I adjure You by the living God, tell us whether You are the Christ, the Son of God.”


When He was accused by the chief priests and elders, He gave no answer.


Then Pilate said to Him, “Do You not hear how many things they testify against You?”


But Jesus still answered nothing, so that Pilate was astonished.


He questioned Him with many words, but He gave no answer.


and entered the Praetorium again, and said to Jesus, “Where are You from?” But Jesus gave him no answer.


For I think that God has exhibited us, the apostles, last, as if we were sentenced to death. For we have been made a spectacle to the world, to angels and to men.
