28 Jesus said to them, “Truly I say to you, in the renewed age, when the Son of Man sits on His glorious throne, you who have followed Me will also sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

Elijah took twelve stones, according to the number of the tribes of the sons of Jacob, to whom the word of the Lord came saying, “Israel shall be your name,”


So twelve lions stood there on the six steps, one on each side, and there was nothing like this in any kingdom.


At the dedication of this house of God, they offered a hundred bulls, two hundred rams, four hundred lambs; and as a sin offering for all Israel, they offered twelve goats (according to the number of the tribes of Israel).


Then they came to Elim, where there were twelve wells of water and seventy palm trees, and they camped there by the waters.


Moses wrote all the words of the Lord, and rose up early in the morning, and built an altar at the foot of the mountain with twelve pillars for the twelve tribes of Israel.


The stones shall be according to the names of the Israelites, twelve, according to their names, each like the engravings of a signet, every one according to his name for the twelve tribes.


For behold, I create new heavens and a new earth; the former things shall not be remembered or come to mind.


For as the new heavens and the new earth which I will make shall remain before Me, says the Lord, so shall your descendants and your name remain.

“When the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the holy angels with Him, then He will sit on the throne of His glory.


But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be given to you.


Jesus replied, “The foxes have holes and the birds of the air have nests, but the Son of Man has no place to lay His head.”


They said to Him, “Grant us to sit, one at Your right hand and the other at Your left hand, in Your glory.”


whom the heavens must receive until the time of restoring what God spoke through all His holy prophets since the world began.


If we endure, we shall also reign with Him. If we deny Him, He also will deny us.


Now select twelve men from the tribes of Israel, one man per tribe.


But, according to His promise, we are waiting for new heavens and a new earth, in which righteousness dwells.


And the twenty-four elders, who sat before God on their thrones, fell on their faces and worshipped God,


A great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet, and on her head a crown of twelve stars.


I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and the authority to judge was given to them. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their witness of Jesus and for the word of God. They had not worshipped the beast or his image, and had not received his mark on their foreheads or on their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ for one thousand years.


He who was seated on the throne said, “Behold, I am making all things new.” Then He said to me, “Write, for these words are faithful and true.”
