Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, I will help you, yes, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.


Do not fear, you worm Jacob, and you men of Israel. I will help you, says the Lord and your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel.


Who has performed and done this, calling the generations from the beginning? I, the Lord, am the first, and with the last. I am He.


I, even I, am He who comforts you. Who are you that you should be afraid of a man who shall die, and of the son of man who shall be made as grass,


Peter answered Him, “Lord, if it is You, bid me come to You on the water.”


But Jesus came and touched them and said, “Rise, and do not be afraid.”


Then Jesus said to them, “Do not be afraid. Go tell My brothers to go to Galilee, and there they will see Me.”

But the angel said to him, “Do not fear, Zechariah, for your prayer has been heard, and your wife Elizabeth will bear you a son, and you shall call his name John.

“I have told you these things so that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have distress. But be of good cheer. I have overcome the world.”


But He said to them, “It is I. Do not be afraid.”


The following night the Lord stood by him and said, “Take courage, Paul. For as you have testified about Me in Jerusalem, so you must also testify at Rome.”
