O afflicted one, tossed with tempest and not comforted, behold, I will lay your stones with fair colors and lay your foundations with sapphires.


And behold, a great storm arose on the sea, so that the boat was covered with the waves. But He was asleep.


He saw them straining at rowing, for the wind was against them. About the fourth watch of the night He came to them, walking on the sea and would have passed by them.


The sea was stirred up, because a strong wind was blowing.


For he was a good man, full of the Holy Spirit and of faith. And many people were added to the Lord.


From there we put out to sea and sailed under the leeward side of Cyprus, because the winds were against us.
