Then Peter said to Jesus, “Lord, it is good for us to be here. If You wish, let us make three tabernacles here: one for You, one for Moses, and one for Elijah.”

“But do not be called ‘Rabbi,’ for you have one Teacher, the Christ, and you are all brothers.


And there appeared to them Elijah with Moses. And they were talking with Jesus.


For he did not know what to say, because they were very afraid.


As they departed from Him, Peter said to Jesus, “Master, it is good for us to be here. Let us make three sanctuaries: one for You, and one for Moses, and one for Elijah,” not knowing what he said.


Meanwhile His disciples urged Him, saying, “Rabbi, eat.”


I am in a difficult position between the two, having a desire to depart and to be with Christ, which is far better.


Beloved, now are we children of God, and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be. But we know that when He appears, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is.
