God saw everything that He had made, and behold, it was very good. So the evening and the morning were the sixth day.


I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Marvelous are Your works, and that my soul knows right well.


And on that day the deaf shall hear the words of a book, and the eyes of the blind shall see out of obscurity and darkness.


As they went out, behold, they brought to Him a mute man possessed with a demon.


They were all amazed, so that they questioned among themselves, “What is this? What new teaching is this? With authority He commands even the unclean spirits, and they obey Him.”


Immediately he rose, picked up the bed, and went out in front of them all, so that they were all amazed and glorified God, saying, “We never saw anything like this!”


They feared greatly and said to one another, “What kind of Man is He, that even the wind and the sea obey Him?”


Immediately the girl arose and walked, for she was twelve years of age. And they were greatly astonished.


Then He went up to them in the boat and the wind ceased. They were greatly astonished in themselves beyond measure, and wondered.


He ordered them to tell no one. But the more He ordered them, the more they greatly proclaimed it.


In those days, the crowds being very great with nothing to eat, Jesus called His disciples to Him and said to them,


And we indeed, justly. For we are receiving the due reward of our deeds. But this Man has done nothing amiss.”


When the crowds saw what Paul had done, they lifted up their voices, saying in Lycaonian, “The gods have come down to us in the likeness of men!”
