A son honors his father, and a servant his master. If then I am a father, where is My honor? And if I am a master, where is My fear? says the Lord of Hosts to you, O priests, who despise My name. But you say, “How have we despised Your name?”


When they came to Him, they said, “Teacher, we know that You are true and swayed by no man. For You do not regard the person of men, but truthfully teach the way of God. Is it lawful to pay taxes to Caesar, or not?


Now he who betrayed Him had given them a sign, saying, “Whomever I kiss, He is the One. Seize Him and lead Him away safely.”


They laid hands on Him and seized Him.


“Why do you call Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ and not do what I say?


Jesus said to her, “Mary.” She turned and said to Him, “Rabboni!” (which means Teacher).


Meanwhile His disciples urged Him, saying, “Rabbi, eat.”
