Then Laban and Bethuel answered, “This thing comes from the Lord; we cannot speak to you bad or good.


The stone which the builders rejected has become the chief cornerstone.


This was the Lord’s doing; it is marvelous in our eyes.


Look among the nations, and watch— wonder and be amazed! For I am doing a work in your days that you would not believe, though it were told you.


Surely there is no enchantment against Jacob, nor is there any divination against Israel. For this time it will be said of Jacob and of Israel, ‘See what God has done!’


Jesus said to them, “Have you never read in the Scriptures: ‘The stone which the builders rejected has become the cornerstone. This is the Lord’s doing, and it is marvelous in our eyes’ ?


They were all amazed and perplexed, saying to each other, “What does this mean?”


To them God would make known what is the glorious riches of this mystery among the nations. It is Christ in you, the hope of glory,


Without question, great is the mystery of godliness: God was revealed in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen by angels, preached to the Gentiles, believed on in the world, taken up into glory.
