“When an unclean spirit goes out of a man, it passes through dry places seeking rest, but finds none.


They were astonished at His teaching, for He taught them as one having authority, and not as the scribes.


And he cried out, “Leave us alone! What do You have to do with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have You come to destroy us? I know who You are, the Holy One of God.”


When He came out of the synagogue with James and John, they went directly to the house of Simon and Andrew.


and He healed many who were sick with various diseases and cast out many demons. And He did not let the demons speak, because they knew Him.


So He preached in their synagogues throughout Galilee and cast out demons.


When He had come out of the boat, immediately a man with an unclean spirit came out of the tombs and met Him.


For a certain woman, whose young daughter had an unclean spirit, heard of Him, and came and fell at His feet.


When Jesus saw that the people came running together, He rebuked the foul spirit, saying to it, “You mute and deaf spirit, I command you, come out of him, and enter him no more.”
