You reject all those who stray from Your statutes, for their deceit is falsehood.


He answered, “He who sows the good seed is the Son of Man,


“You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how shall it be made salty? It is from then on good for nothing but to be thrown out and to be trampled underfoot by men.


These are those beside the path, where the word is sown. But when they hear, Satan comes immediately and takes away the word which is sown in their hearts.


When a large crowd had gathered together and people were coming to Him from every city, He told this parable:


Some fell on a rock. And as soon as it sprang up, it withered away, because it lacked moisture.


Therefore we should be more attentive to what we have heard, lest we drift away.
