An oracle within my heart about the transgression of the wicked: There is no fear of God before their eyes.


O  Lord, are not Your eyes upon the truth? You have stricken them, but they have not grieved. You have consumed them, but they have refused to receive correction. They have made their faces harder than a rock; they have refused to return.


You shall not hate your brother in your heart. You shall surely reason honestly with your neighbor, and not suffer sin because of him.


“When they who were hired about the eleventh hour came, they each received a denarius.


He replied, “Why are you fearful, O you of little faith?” Then He rose and rebuked the winds and the sea. And there was a great calm.


But I will warn you whom you shall fear: Fear Him who, after He has killed, has power to cast into hell. Yes, I say to you, fear Him.


One of the criminals who were hanged blasphemed Him, saying, “If You are the Christ, save Yourself and us!”


And we indeed, justly. For we are receiving the due reward of our deeds. But this Man has done nothing amiss.”


And do not have fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness; instead, expose them.


Who shall not fear You, O Lord, and glorify Your name? For You alone are holy. All nations shall come and worship before You, for Your judgments have been revealed.”


and blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, and did not repent of their deeds.
