Therefore, I will divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong, because he poured out his soul to death, and he was numbered with the transgressors, thus he bore the sin of many and made intercession for the transgressors.


With Him they crucified two thieves, one on His right and the other on His left.


And the Scripture was fulfilled, which says, “He was numbered with the lawless ones.”


Taking the twelve, He said, “Listen! We are going up to Jerusalem, and everything that is written by the prophets concerning the Son of Man will be accomplished,


Indeed, the Son of Man goes as it has been determined. But woe to that man by whom He is betrayed!”


He said to them, “But now, let him who has a bag take it and also a pouch. And let him who has no sword sell his garment and buy one.


Then Jesus said to the chief priests, and captains of the temple guard, and the elders who had come for Him, “Have you come out with swords and clubs as against a rebel?


Two different men, who were criminals, also were led with Him to be killed.


And beginning with Moses and all the Prophets, He explained to them the things concerning Himself in all the Scriptures.


If He called them ‘gods,’ to whom the word of God came, and the Scripture cannot be broken,


I have glorified You on the earth. I have finished the work You have given Me to do.


God made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.


Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law by being made a curse for us—as it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree” —
