Depart, depart, go out from there, touch no unclean thing; go out of the midst of her; be clean, you who bear the vessels of the Lord.


they shall be detestable to you. You shall not eat of their flesh, and you shall detest their carcasses.

Moreover the person who shall touch any unclean thing, whether the uncleanness of man or any unclean beast or any detestable unclean creature, and then eats of the flesh of the sacrifice of the peace offering that belongs to the Lord, that individual shall be cut off from his people.


Then Haggai said, “If one who is unclean by contact with a dead body touches any of these, will it become unclean?” The priests answered, “It will become unclean.”


Whatever the unclean person touches will be unclean, and the person that touches it will be unclean until evening.


“Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you are like unseen graves, and the men who walk over them are not aware of them.”


Therefore, “Come out from among them and be separate, says the Lord. Do not touch what is unclean, and I will receive you.”


The pig is unclean to you because it divides the hoof, yet it does not chew the cud. You must not eat of their flesh or touch their dead carcass.
