“Now my soul is poured out within me; the days of affliction have taken hold of me.


When I remember these things, I pour out my soul within me. For I would go with the throng of people, and lead them in procession to the house of God, with the voice of joy and praise, a multitude keeping festival.


Trust in Him at all times, O people; pour out your heart before Him; God is a refuge for us.   Selah


Your sons have fainted; they lie at the head of all the streets as an antelope in a net; they are full of the fury of the Lord, the rebuke of your God.


Therefore, I will divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong, because he poured out his soul to death, and he was numbered with the transgressors, thus he bore the sin of many and made intercession for the transgressors.


They will eat up your harvest and your bread which your sons and your daughters should eat. They will eat up your flocks and your herds; they will eat up your vines and your fig trees; they will impoverish your fenced cities, in which you trusted, with the sword.


All her people groan, as they search for bread; they trade their treasures for food to restore their strength. Look, O  Lord, and consider, for I am despised.


The tongue of the infant cleaves to the roof of his mouth for thirst; the children beg for bread, but no one divides it for them.


For I will strengthen the arms of the king of Babylon and put My sword in his hand. But I will break the arms of Pharaoh so that he groans before him with the groanings of a wounded man.
